History / Reminiscences of IIT Kharagpur

To commemorate the Golden Jubilee of IIT Kgp in 2001, the Nehru Museum of Science and Technology (at IIT Kgp) brought out a publication entitled 'Down Memory Lane'. Since I had contributed an article to this publication, I received a complimentary copy of the same in mid-2002. Though I was disgusted to observe the shoddy manner in which this commemorative publication was put together, I found that some of the reminiscences of 'old-timers' are truly valuable as far as the history of our great alma mater is concerned.
